Mr. Phil Garland, Director of the Child Protection Service for the Archdiocese for thepast six years, is leaving to take up a new post with the HSE, as Assistant National Director for Children and Families.
A recruitment process for a new Director of the Child Protection Service has begun.
Sinead Mc Donnell will be acting Director of the Child Protection Service. Ms. Mc Donnell is the Designated Person for the receipt of any complaints or concerns regarding the protection of children.
